Parent Council - The Student Leadership Academy has a long history of active parent involvement. We know that we share a common vision in the welfare and education of our students and appreciate the willingness of parents to engratiate themselves in this partnership.
Our Parent Council provides an avenue to become a part of the leadership of that involvement. It also provides many opportunities during the school year for parents to use their abilities to participate in school activities and events. Meetings are typically held every second Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria.
SLA parents develop cherished and lasting relationships with our faculty members, administrators, and fellow parents. We hope that you will view SLA as we do, part of our extended family.
